EasyCert Ltd. continuously improves its management system certification procedures and professional activities to ensure compliance with the requirements for independent certification bodies.
 
As an organization conducting independent conformity assessments, the foundation of our operation is to maintain trust in our activities and operate transparently in accordance with legal and other compliance obligations. Our organizational operation is based on principles applicable to certification bodies, including impartiality, competence, responsibility, transparency, confidential handling of clients, prompt response to complaints, and risk-based approach. We expect both internal and external employees to adhere to these principles.
 
We base our certification activities on the requirements of the MSZ EN ISO/IEC 17021-1 standard, making our professional and business operations transparent, providing the necessary resources, and continuously improving our services.
 
We ensure the maintenance of professional competence of our staff (internal and external) through continuous training. We expect our auditors to comply with professional requirements and ethical norms, as they bear full responsibility for the adequacy of their work.
 
It is important that we handle the data and information we manage confidentially, ensure their integrity and availability, and minimize risks that may jeopardize our operations' security. We ensure the protection of our infrastructure and IT tools with state-of-the-art solutions and expect the same from our external staff.
 
In our daily work, we strive for safety, risk management, finding efficient solutions, continuous improvement of our management system, and regular training of our employees.
