Impartiality Policy
 
 
EasyCert Certification Ltd. publicly discloses its quality policy on its website, committing itself to impartiality in its certification activities.
 
It analyzes and documents potential conflicts of interest arising from certification procedures, including those stemming from existing relationships. If a relationship jeopardizes impartiality, certification will not be undertaken.
 
It does not certify the quality management system of another certification body.
 
EasyCert Certification Ltd. does not provide consultancy or internal auditing services related to management systems for its clients.
 
We do not advertise or recommend our activities in a way that suggests a connection with organizations providing consultancy on management systems.
 
We require all our staff to report any situation that may pose a conflict of interest for them or for EasyCert Certification Ltd.

EasyCert Certification Ltd. aims to find the appropriate position in the field of management systems certification that takes into account the interests of clients, owners, accrediting bodies, employees, and external economic stakeholders. The senior management of EasyCert Certification Ltd. is committed to the impartiality of its management systems certification activities. We always comply with the requirements set by national and international bodies, but we prioritize meeting the needs and increasing the satisfaction of our clients and employees.
 
Accordingly, our clients are at the center of our service activities. We expect our employees and auditors to handle customer information confidentially during service delivery, ensure that their work is of the highest standard expected of them, and fully meet the expectations of our clients. We handle complaints or omissions coming from interested parties with special attention and always strive to maintain the trust of our clients in our certification activities.
 
During its operation, EasyCert Certification Ltd. provides information related to data processing in order to protect personal data and ensure the free flow of such data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 17, 2016, repealing Directive 95/46/EC. We have developed an information system that records and processes feedback regarding the quality of our services, which allows us to continuously improve our management system.
